Rock / Punk / Blues
The buzz of the amp warming up fills the air; the first strum of the guitar resonates with the downbeat of the drum and through the PA come the words that tie together the sound that is distinctly 3AM Fever. A few minutes in a foot begins to tap, a head begins to bob in rhythm, until inevitably the whole audience is involved in one way or another in this strange mix of punk, rock and blues. Some will walk away talking about how the band was too loud, how they couldnt hear the guitars over the drums, the vocals over the bass, but they will be talking.
Whether it's Curt's offbeat and catchy rhythms, Dima's face melting lead work, or Alex's thrashy guitar and vocal onslaughts, this is music made by people who would rather not be doing anything else. Their unique blend of influences, ranging from 60s garage punk and speed metal to fuzzed out rhythm and blues, produces the exciting conflict of sound heard on every 3AM Fever cut. But dont ask them to do Freebird, they only know one cover.
