The Houston, TX, based progressive rock/pop punk band 38 Caliber Hero formed during the spring of 2009. After brothers Scott Graham (Guitar) & Kyle Graham (Bass) joined forces with John Rioux (Vocals/Keys), & Daniel Woody (Drums), the band came together. The group started writing and finalizing the material that would later become their debut release. 38 Caliber Hero decided to travel to Seattle, WA, to work with producer Casey Bates (Chiodos, Pierce the Veil, Portugal the Man). After self-releasing their debut EP â€œRed Burns White EPâ€ the band began to vigorously work & play shows in and around the Houston area. Jerry Puentes (Guitar) later joined the band as the fifth member to the group. The band is currently working on an acoustic release.
