Whats with the name?:
The name 330 Plan comes from the Bible. In John 3:30 Jesus Christ's work found its way to the front of the stage (so to speak) while John the Baptist's contributions faded away. John's surprisingly humble response to the frustration of his coworkers is the band's motto, "(Jesus) must increase and I must decrease."
