It is within this atmosphere that 1090 Club is making music. And their music is better. No synths. No electronic whistles and beeps. No covers of popular mainstream hits. Awesome band! Shipwrecked on Shores is a good album, but hearing the bank perform live is a totally different experience. Hearing the hometown crowd sing songs back to the band is a common occurrence, and during "the words only chorus songs" many people sing along as well as the performers. This band travels all across the Pacific Northwest regularly, but to get the hometown atmasphere come to Billings, MT. The best venue in my opinion is Yellowstone Valley Brewing Company, where you can enjoy Black Widow Stout as well as an all ages show usually. Where else can you see three generations enjoying good music? Mar 04
